Overview

To comply with GDPR regulations, all European GotPhoto customers must accept a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This agreement outlines your responsibilities and our obligations in handling customer data securely and transparently.

How to sign the DPA

Follow these steps to review and accept the agreement.

  1. When you first log in to your GotPhoto account, you will see a pop-up prompting you to accept the DPA:

  2. Tick both checkboxes and click Submit to confirm your agreement.
  3. You will receive a copy of the signed DPA via email. You can also view the agreement anytime at the GotPhoto DPA page.
